About the event
Mindy will be offering a FREE KICKBOXING DEMO CLASS. Please join us for this high energy, fun class. Kickboxing can reduce your stress, improve cardio, increase strength, and improve coordination. This class is for ALL LEVELS. Mindy will offer modifications to anyone who needs it. Please don't be shy.
This class will be fun!!! Bring a friend.
We will not be providing gloves. It is more sanitary to bring your own.
