About the event
This 8 Week Holiday Series Meditation will be a great way to help you get through the holidays with more calm and grace. This is a course for beginners or experienced meditators. We will explore different breathing techniques, as well has different meditiation practices. This will provide you the foundation you will need to establish your own meditation practice. Please join the Mela Sage Community.
