The breath work involves a series of deep breaths followed by a period of holding your breath. This practice, is designed to help you increase your energy, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being. combining this technique with guided meditation, you can experience even greater benefits for both your body and mind.

Zumba:This is a high energy dance class that incorporates latin and international music to create a dynamic calorie-burning form of workout for all! 

Tabata: This is style of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves 20 seconds of exercise at your maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a certain number of rounds

Strength and Stretch with Lily: This is a low impact, low intensity workout that will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and help you to relieve stress.

Mindful Ki Breath work: Combining Mindfulness, various Breathwork and Tapping Techniques with movement to cultivate and move energy through to harmonize your inner space.  The Practice includes lying on a mat, sitting and standing movement wit low lighting and soft music.  Private and small groups available

Every BODY Yoga:  Diana teaches this class this is open to everyone of all shapes and sizes.  This class will provide stretching and strengthening while creating a calm and relaxed result.
